Rainshadow Young Birders Group

The first outing for the Young Birders Group included 8 birders and 21 species (including a pair of Marbled Murrelets and a Vaux's Swift!)

ABOUT

The goal of the Rainshadow Young Birders Group is to bring together local youth who are interested in birds. Youth of all ages are welcome to join these monthly walks. Kids under 11 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We have field trips once a month at different locations to observe the numerous bird species in our area. Each field trip is co-led by Hannah (a youth leader) and a volunteer from Rainshadow Bird Alliance. For questions email hannah.breckel12@gmail.com.
